My girlfriend just tried booting her laptop and was greeted by this scary message “Operating System Not Found”. After several more boot up attempts and re-seating the hard drive, it booted fine and even loaded the hibernated session.

After further problems the hard disk was declared dead by Samsung.

When playing twister at a recent party we ran into the predicament of a broken “spinner”. So I wrote an automated “spinner” that doesn’t require you to do anything… Once you’ve told it who’s playing it just spins and says who should put what limb where!
